  OIL MIST FILTER DARWIN

losma

Oil mist filter
Air filter for mists and vapours from soluble or neat oil for machine tools.
The DARWIN series, patented and available in 4 models, covers throughput range of 600 to 3.000 m3/h. This means that it can cope with widely differing applications, from small lathes to grinding machines or complex machining centres.
Darwin with turbine (T): filtration of air containing soluble oil mist with the presence of heavy particulate.
Darwin with single-centrifuge (M): filtration of air containing mists of soluble and neat oils with presence of small quantities of particulate.
Darwin with double-centrifuge (D): filtration of air containing mists and vapours of soluble and neat oil with presence of small quantities of particulate

  MODULAR FILTERS

losma

Oil mist filter
All models in the DARWIN series can be coupled to special units that provide real and proper superfiltration. Their use permits many permutations and gives performance levels of up to 99.7% efficiency. These special units can be added at any time, even after the installation of the air filter.
    Pre-Filters
GUARD: is a two stage (metal and synthetic) pre-filter for coarser particles and significant quantities of metal dust and oil mist.
    Post-Filters
SYNTHESIS: an electrostatic post-filter for eliminating oil mist particles, smoke and micromists.
CLIPPER/NITOR: is a glass fibre post-filter for the absolute filtration.
MICROFILTER: is an activated carbon post-filter for unpleasant or noxious smells.

  OIL MIST FILTER GEMINI

Oil mist filter GEMINI
Air filter for oilmist, micro-mist, vapours and smokes for machine tools.
Gemini is available in 3 sizes, 700 to 2.000 m3/h, with 3 standard configurations each (filtration efficiencies from < 95% to < 99,95%).
Gemini has a particular patented design, which makes maintenance operations and filters replacement very easy and represents the perfect solution for all cases where the customer in little spaces has the need of both a pre and post-filtration.

  FILTRATION SYSTEM NEWTON

losma

NEWTON oil mist eliminator
Newton is a system for the filtration of air in the workplace, capable of eliminating oil mist and smoke caused by a variety of metal machining applications, specifically designed for end users and machine tools manufacturers for the metal working industry. Available into two "sizes", Newton 3, 3.000 m3/h and Newton 6, 6.000 m3/h, is the ideal answer for the Equipment of Oversize machine tools, or the realization of Centralized Systems, combining more units together.

  ODOUR FILTER SIRIUS

SIRIUS odour filters
The Air Filtration Range is completed with a system tailor-made for spark erosion. SIRIUS ER 800 is a filter with a throughput of 800m3/h, designed specifically for the emissions from this type of machining. Equipped with no less than two pre-filtration stages (metallic and fabric) and four activated carbon cells, SIRIUS represents the most comprehensive solution to the particular characteristics of the fumes given off by dielectric fluids used in spark erosion machining.
