CHIP HANDLING SYSTEMS |
 |
Complete chip treatment systems, built according to your requirements. LANNER® customised systems are available as a complete solution.
The LANNER®-Recycling-Concept:
Our systems can process different types of chip, silt and metalworking fluids with maximum separation.
• Complete solution system concept separating oil from metal chips and silt.
• Chips are fed into the lift & tip machine from the chip transporter.
• Chips are tipped into the chip crusher.
• Chips are transported into the centrifuge on the conveyor belt.
• Dry chips are ejected into containers or silos.
• The entire system is controlled automatically from a central control box.
Ready-to-use centrifugal systems. The patented Vetamat® system separates the metal chips from the metalworking fluids.
Wet chips are shaken into the funnel and fed automatically into the centrifuge from there. The delivery includes the
centrifuge with hydraulics, chip conveyor with tank, base pan and controller. The Vetamat® Plus system design also includes a chip crusher and a
lift & tip device. Long chips are first filled into the lift & tip device by a chip transporter and then tipped into the chip crusher. The crushed
chips fall into the funnel and land in the centrifuge.
Vacoline® from LANNER®. The Vacoline is a fully automatic solution in crushing and transporting chips by means of vacuum suction, which is directly integrated in the operating machine itself.
Chips are crushed with a LANNER® chip crusher in the operating machine. Bulk parts are automatically ejected. Chips are transported through piping to a central chip treatment system by way of vacuum. You can easily add more stations to this system. A suction sluice can suck up short chips, from a saw for example, through the piping without a chip crusher.
Scraper conveyors used to transport short, free flowing chips and silt evenly into a centrifuge or container or chip silo.
You can also attach automatic swing chutes to fill the containers evenly. Hinge conveyor belts are ideal for transporting wool and long chips, even those with some bulk, in the chip crushers and screeners.
Bulk storage containers with spiral outputs offer the option of stockpiling and dispensing larger volumes of chips and silt.LANNER® offers various optional volume monitoring devices for all their conveyor equipment.
The screener is implemented to maintain system parts such as chip crushers, centrifuges and chip conveyors and to reduce blockages. It continuously and efficiently separates bulk parts from the chips. The bulk parts are ejected from the treatment process while the short chips can continue to be treated.
